Today Chat Noir have a freelance film crew filming in #Portland #Oregon for a returning white-label client.
Towards the end of 2018 Chat Noir Productions Ltd was hired to produce a series of concept images, based on client blueprints and ground plans. These images have been used to sell properties on the housing development, while construction is on-going.
