CNP Jobs: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

CNP Jobs is an internal tool built and used only by Chat Noir Productions Ltd (“we”) to organise our own production jobs. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
What it accesses
Google Calendar: events on our own company calendar (titles, dates, times, locations and descriptions), so it can create and update shoot days and deadlines. It does not change or store guest lists.
Slack: our own workspace’s channels, messages from the app and user names, so it can set up and update job channels.
Dropbox: our own company folders and files, so it can create job folders and delivery links.
QuickBooks Online: our own estimates and invoices that we choose to link to a job (numbers, amounts, purchase order numbers, customer names and payment status). Its only change in QuickBooks is adding our internal job number to an invoice.
How the information is used and kept
Information is used only to run our own jobs. It is stored on a secure hosted server and is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Information is kept only while it’s needed for our records, and is deleted when no longer needed.
Google user data
CNP Jobs’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the relevant service’s account settings (Google, Slack, Dropbox or Intuit).
Terms of Use
CNP Jobs is a private, internal tool of Chat Noir Productions Ltd, for use only by its own staff with its own accounts. It is not available to anyone else. It is provided as is, for our internal administration.
